There's a long story behind this one -- basically, she's a "candy sprite," a fairy made of living candy. The idea was being created by nyum-nums of Tumblr, and several other people were joining. I made my own contribution, and nyum-nums created their own version of the character.

I think nyum-nums has an account here on FA, but I'm not entirely sure what it is.
