I didn't mean to draw this XD But I was doodling on Tegaki and shampoo showed up so since tegaki now has opacity I really like sloppy painting. And I have trouble painting like this in OC or SAI from scratch so its always easier to fix up a sloppy picture I've done in something else like tegaki or facebook then touch up in a more professional program. So this was drawn in tegaki and then fixed up in open canvas 3~
