Orcs in Set'al work a bit differently than other places. They're still short tempered. They're still strong. but they're no longer barbaric. Their lifestyles are very similar to humans except that their 'play' is much more rough, and their typical system of society is very family-determined. If you had a father that was a leader you have a very high chance of becoming one yourself -- though that doesn't mean you've no chance if you aren't ;3
