It felt really weird drawing this with the mindset of it being a tribute when it still hasn't really sunk in, but I felt it would be fitting to draw a piece of Red and a few of us who were lucky enough to call her a friend, she was always just so amazing whenever we chatted. My thoughts are with her family and friends and anyone who held her dear.
It still definitely doesn't feel real even though I've seen the news articles and everyone else's reaction, but I just really wanted to draw a piece to help my friends and to honor an amazing person.

Thank you so much for bringing Ty into this world and letting her be a part of my life. She was everything to me and if there is anything I can do for you and the rest of her family please feel free to contact me. I would have done absolutely anything for her and I would do the same for her family.
To all of you, I wish I could say more than "I'm sorry" because I know how much it hurts to lose friends. I can't say I knew Red or Milo personally, but that I am sad to know they were definitely taken way too soon. Stay strong you guys. May they rest in peace. I'm here if you guys need a friend to talk to. *hugs you all tight*

Saturday August 1, 2015 We will memorialize our child Red Savage aka Ty Cody Rhine at THE GATHERING PLACE 805 Cedar St Comanche, Texas 76442 from 11 am-4 pm. A local benefactor has paid to have the event fully catered. Please forward music MP3 to barbararhine[at]yahoo.com we are putting together a slide show with music provided by friends. We will be recording anecdotes to share on the Facebook Memorial Page to share throughout the day. Fwd photos to email or any posts that made a difference in your life. If you will be attending let us know by Thursday so we can get the planners a head count.
