Changed the eyes to make him cuter, fixed the shading on his cheek and the lines on his muzzle, and reduced his belly stripes. Also went with the blue/green palette so he stands out more and looks less generic.

It'd be interesting if the bib changed color depending on what you're doing (ie, gets dirty/stained over time) and acted kinda like a scoreboard at the end (darker coloration means you did more in the level). Anyways, he looks cute. I am again impressed with your ability to make stuff like this :)
The subtle change in the eyes actually does make him much more cuter, like he's staring ahead at whoever he's going to eat. I just want to hug him so badly then maybe let him eat me after. And for bib, how about something that's supposed to be intimidated but ends up looking cute instead, like a threatening word-printed 'RAWR' or a crossed knife and fork symbol?
