This commission was really fun to make! The only issue I had was, Ruffy didn't specify exactly what he wanted it to be of... I just had fun, and when it was done, sat back and realized, 'Oh, wow... I hope he likes water.' Lucky for me, he did, so everything worked out fine. 8 ) It was fun experimenting with some underwater ripple - shimmer effects on the seafloor, and of course there was a dire need to add phosphorescent oceanic plantlife into the mix. Ruffy the winged pink fox appears in Volume 2, and belongs to his owner who can be found here: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/ruffy/

Hmmm...
...
If he would turn around, I'm sure he'd be very interested by the treasure chest.
I know I would. I don't worship money, gold, and jewels...But I do appreciate them. Especially in large amounts. >83
Anyways, I love how underwater scenes have such delightful possibilities for beauty. The streaming bubbles from Ruffy diving in look very, very nice. I like the glowing plantlife -- They look so otherworldly, but also look relatable to real-life aquatic plants, which for the most part have an equally otherworldly appearance...I like the little fish that's looking up at Ruffy. For some reason, I want to imagine what he's thinking, even though he's probably not thinking much of anything; something like:
...
"Weird weather today..."
"Damn Yankee!"
"Nothing that ever falls into the water is small enough for me to eat...That sucks."
*Slaps the snail with fin* "Pink one. I win again."
"I've never seen them throw leftovers like this in the water...The predator-fishes won't be very happy about it..."
"...Nice ass."
X3 In the words of George "Dubya" Bush, "Fish are smaterer than you think." (An endless goldmine of comedy right there~! He's so lovable. Puheheheh)
Even the snail-thing manages to look beautiful in its own way...That's one of many things to look forward to in DreamKeepers: Anduruna is simply a treasure trove of majestic, heartstopping natural wonders. It has snow that fucking glows. You genius you~! :3 I also feel that Ruffy fits right in -- He definitely draws attention. That brings me to another thing: I love how pretty much every DreamKeeper draws attention in some way; sexual appeal, height (Or lackthereof...), colors, a huge variety of subtle defining traits like patterns and eye colors...
And now for something completely different: A note to Davey and Lizzy. :3
If I ever do find buried treasure, perhaps on some day I get off my lazy ass and go abroad, rest assured, Davey -- A significant portion of the loot would go to supporting you and Liz on DreamKeepers. With my aunt's help, I hope to order plenty of merchandise to help get more money to you until then. I also have a cockamamie plan to somehow donate a bit of my personal money that I have saved up but never actually use...I know it's kinda unecessary on my part, a highschooler feeling he needs to help an independent publishing company run by a couple who's never met him in person.
...
But necessity be damned, DreamKeepers is worth it!! Puheeheeheeheehee~~~!!

Ah, thanks for the fun commentary! I like your dialogue options for the fishy thing, that was neat.
And thank you also for the desire to help us financially, that is so nice of you... E ) Although I must insist, any kind of financial donation be preceded by a few days of careful consideration on the part of the donater, and thinking about how much they may need the money, or what else it could be used for. While I certainly don't mind getting money, I don't want the your enthusiasm to inspire action that may be excessive or limiting to your future options.
And if you ever DO find buried treasure, watch who you tell about it! Sometimes there can be very unexpected and unfair legal complications... I'm thinking of a treasure expedition group that recovered lost gold somewhere near Florida, I think... And then a court ruled that they had to return it to - get ready for it - SPAIN. Because, hundreds of years ago, it had belonged to Spain. Owch.
