When I was younger I used to get bit by those things so often I had to go to the nurse's office at school to get lotion put on them to keep them from itching. I remember when she walked out I hear her talk to another teacher "I swear when I saw his legs with all those sores my mind jumped to the black plague." Were her exact words.
Ah I feel your pain. It's the season when you wake up an inexplicably find some bug's made a meal of you in the night. Curse the bugs!
