I'm going though that about now as well. This stuff is really hard. Take time for yourself, think about the good times you shared and reflect on why it worked and why it didn't work. Remember their errors and concede your own. There is good in everyone, and some people love each other but can't be together. It is the hardest thing, but you have to figure out why it is to accept it and get past it.
