Entry No. 113 In my daily pokemon output - Chansey.
Had to work on this in the lounge room & at the dinner table because I had to give up my room to my niece :< So it wasn't the most comfortable times of working but I'm happy it's done :3 Now adding in some special foreground effects to spruce it up a bit! :D
Plus yuss extra fluff because Chansey's are kind and cuddly so they need to be fluffy :>
