Actually, this (and this and this) could be seem as her working toward THIS.
Tallulah has been trying to make herself a boyfriend for quite some time. She'd put up wanted ads to get volunteers, and then try to turn them into her frog prince. Wasn't always successful: there's a pond out back with a bunch of normal, everyday frogs that used to be people. With Lux she finally got the decimal in the right spot.
