Lemme take ye back to the good ol' days. When a record needle lasted 2 plays before it went blunt and would destroy the record!
Ok, the reason for this was I wanted to try out gimp as I no longer have photoshop...and I f*cking hated it. Gimp is terrible. It's unreliable and slow as hell, not to mention completely unintuitive and has awful RAW support. Anyway, this is pretty much the original image since I couldn't get a lot done in gimp.
Considering Affinity Photo. Looks like a valid alternative to PS.

If you're curious, the player shown here is a 1930 HMV model 104. The record is some old Artie Shaw song.
