It's been about a year attacking this beast when I can. 3 molds and about 100 hours of sculpting later, I finally have the war hound sculpt wearable and ready for molding.

The first one was a clean pull, but took a lot of altering to be wearable since the mannequin it was sculpted on was very oddly shaped. The mold gave way after a 3rd pull and a second mold was cast, altering the sculpt slightly. That one too took a lot of altering. A third sculpt and a third mold was done about a week and a half ago. Much closer, so now it was down to getting it to sit right. Thanks to Mad Max and  missmonster the way to attach the straps became clear. Cleaned up the undercuts and added some final details.

Molding tonight! The new mannequin makes for a perfect shape for the face. Once the pre-orders are complete, I will be making some of these, plus the smaller ones, to sell!

I have some test pulls from the previous molds I may get rid of too as one off casts. No two casts are the same!!
