doesnt mind we post this recipe :3
Follow the instructions on the packet, but differ in this, use chicken stock instead of the seasoning packet, and one soy packet (I always take the sauce packs from any restaurant I go to). Only use half the seasoning packet if you truly must use it. Anyway... Take two eggs. Break one in a bowl, and stir it until it's all yellow and no clear spots remain. Mix it while you wait for the noodles to finish. When they're nearly done, throw in small pieces of lettuce, then turn the heat off the burner. Take the egg you beat and raise that bowl up about a foot above the pot, start stirring the soup rapidly, so there's a nice whirlpool goin on in there. Slowly pour the egg in, so it comes in long thin strands. Once all in, pour the soup in bowl, then take a frying pan and fry up the other egg while waiting for the noodles to cool. Throw that fried egg on top of your soup, and garnish it with sriracha.

spinach or Bok choy would be abetter alternative tbh, or seaweed, (easy to get dried and re-hydrate) hell, even kale or Collared greens, Lighter greens really add little to any bothy soup
also, I can see where you were going with the fried egg, I'm all for experimentation, but nothing beats a soft boiled with a molten gummy yoke, sometimes tradition just shouldn't be fucked with, for added punch, marinate that soft boiled egg for a few hours before (you can do like 5-6 in at a time)
also when your doing ramen, (fresh noodles are best, but hard for some to come by) its best to re-hydrate the noodles in some plain hot water, and THEN add it to the heated broth, cooking the noodles in the broth really makes very mushy and breaks them down too far.
Scallions, or green onions would be a great addition, Sesame seeds, or a touch of sesame oil in the broth,
