I don't know if I even tried blending with them, my attempts were so basic, haha. But! I know Arpad uses prismas a lot, and they did a few pieces recently that had beautiful blending. Let me go grab Arpad and see if they have more comment on their blending!
they blend alright, but you have to be sort of quick about it (like before the ink dries completely) if you want it to look smooth n perfect. Alternatively, since they're alcohol-based you can either buy a colorless blender from prismacolor or use rubbing alcohol to blend later on :)
