Here is Mia Hedgie, legendary thief and Blueberry's mother, in the Fallout Storyline.

Story:

Mia Hedgie was a hero of the Great War of 2020 and stopped Raven at Chrono City and helped the Enclave in the War to End all Wars (when the bombs dropped). Mia Hedgie decided to side with Vault 255 and worked almost like Dawn and stealing from the Neo Enclave, but on her first mission, she messed up and was captured along with her group and got her eye hurt by the butt of a Laser Rifle. (http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net.....20110207054152, if you get hit by this it will cause major eye damage). She would of died, if Overseer Danny (a.k.a. The Waking Apocalypse), who lead the old Enclave rescued her, but her eye was too damage to fully repair making her have to wear the eyepatch.

She is equipped with the Readius, a Pip-Boy like device that is portable and lass cumbersome than the Pip-Boy.
