Having all those tails trapping the smell around you would seem like quite the gross torture, but this Jigglypuff doesn't seem to mind at all. Jiggly even seems to be enjoying the Ninetales' warm, fragrant embrace!

Wow, it's been a while since I've drawn anything. Just got back my drive to draw, and wanted to do something to practice. Seen a lot of Jigglypuff stuff popping up very recently, figured I'd put a little something out there featuring the balloon 'mon as well.
