I used to be just like him, though the only one I kept up was myself. All you can do is pop a sleeping pill in his drink before bed and get some ear plugs.

That, or kill him.

I find a solid snuggle paired with some soothing hair stroking sometimes works. its all about getting him to stop talking long enough that he gets lulled into something resembling drowsiness, then nature takes over for me. Unfortunately, i tend to fall asleep long before I achieve that, leaving the poor guy to either keep talking and waking me back up or play one of his games for 3 hours.

Well then I'd try that pillow idea.
