Love the sound and performance! The spectrum used for vocals is a bit over-saturated though, especially with the background-y vocals; I always find it tricky to mix voice with guitars as well. They tend to fight. I'd "thin out" the voices by lowering everything below 1kHz and then maybe give them a little edge up there around 3-4kHz if they sink too far back in the mix. Or just play with it. It's a lovely song!

Yeah I wasn't too happy with the relation between the voice and guitars here.
Yeah when you have solo guitar with voice it can be tricky to have them share the spotlight. Especially since in my case I have a pretty big Circa Survive influence, and they have a habit of having 4 or 5 different lines going on all at once.
I'll give that a try that next time I'm having a hard time with the mix!

I'm struggling with a mix right now, precisely the same issue. Lots of guitars and vocals (lead plus full choir), and my voice blends very well with guitars (which I don't want . It's a beast to get a good sound out of it.

Aw thanks for listening. ^w^ Each one of their albums is a very different vibe. Their first two albums (Juturna and On Letting Go) were my biggest influences by far, but I love all of their stuff, hehe.
