Silver-level painting commission for
ruffbcagnus. Ruff's new donkey form, playing a little Western tune on his accordion (which yes, he does play IRL - how cool is that?!).

Sorry for the slow pace of work lately guys, I've been caught up on a few big, heavy commissions, plus I've been taking it pretty easy since it's summer and all hehe. Still not gonna be opening for new commissions in the next few weeks, but we're getting there, slowly slowly...

Well after staring at this every chance I got for the past 24 hours, I've decided I'm still completely in love with it! I printed it today, and will probably frame and mat it this weekend, assuming I have time and can find a mat I like. =3 Thanks again for all of your wonderful work; I'm still awed by the amount of detail you put into it!!!
You're very welcome! I hope it prints out well and looks good on your wall, beside your other piece ^_^ Hah, though I guess with both pieces side by side, it might look as though the two characters from the first were somehow melded together to make the second... XD
I am continually amazed at the detail and life you put into all of your works. Everything from the accordian to his attire to the carving on the bar to the light streaming in the window to the suggestion of the world behind it - absolutely incredible. I used to go nearly insane with details and textures in backgrounds many years ago, but that was nothing compared to what you do in all of your works. I don't know how you do it all but I am glad that you do and that you share it with the rest of us.
Goodness, thank you so much! The funny thing is, I never used to think of myself as a lots-of-detail artist, and I assumed I never would be - I was more interested in drawing simple but effective cartoony stuff. The details just kinda crept up on me over the years XD
