If you want "fleshy", try adding some more texture and some bright, shiny highlights. Other than that, it's pretty good, and kinda Silent Hill-esque. :)

im nor to good with my tools or colors. i really didnt have any referance n such. also i think this was done in open canvas and the way it handles colors kinda sucks
