A ref for the wife for Mark (Chains) and Mother to Ryan.

Michelle is a mechanic and the guardian/ adoptive older sister to Rebecca. She is an arctic fox with tight blue jeans and a pink mini shirt and white tennis shoes. She has dark blue eyes as well.
She is knowledgeable about cars and is able to work on almost any type of motor. If it is a machine she can fix it. Michelle has hydrokinesis which means she is able to manipulate water, the same with Rebecca. She is a little shorter than Mark and is close to him.
Michelle is a tom boy to a degree. She does not like pretty girly things and can get rough when she has too. She is able to pull her own weight during a fight and is quite good at it. She has long black straght black hair.
