Have you ever watched "Beer and Board Games"? They always beer-snob a bit when it first comes out, but by the end of the episode they'll drink any goddamn thing and usually are.

I'd like to point out that I do routinely price "Gorgar" machines and fully intend on buying one if I ever manage to buy a house to put it in.

A former girlfriend worked as a bartender in a joint in the "Quiet Corner" of Connecticut when we were going out. After graduation, she taught elementary school in several towns in the area. A few years ago, she said she had switched to teaching high school Humanities (History and English). She had no problem dealing with the wilder, older kids -- they were a step above most of the patrons at the bar...
