Magirai are creatures with arcane affinity, wandering through the world collecting runic energy. The runic energy they gather is manifested in thread-like structures around their body, which can be used to create runic symbols or spells. Every Magirai has their own special symbol/rune somewhere on their body- also created from the same arcane energy as the rest of the 'threads'. They feed on magic and magical artifacts, though sometimes they may keep an artifact if they feel an affinity for it.
