Theodore "Teddy" Atkins, the smaller bear in the background with a hoodie and baseball cap, comes from a health-concious family, so he's always skinny and under-developed compared to other bears. This illustration shows how much he is disregarded by other girl bears just so they can date some real bears. And those "real bears" often say the aforementioned title of this drawing.
