FC '15 #230: Suave dog, is he not? (Need ID & FA-Pound?)
Oh darn, I forgot his name, but the only hint I have is the blue pound sign-that is his name-he said so! It could be the alternate "Hashtag", but I have no idea exactly what his name is. If anyone can ID him, you have my unending thanks.

He should not be "suggestive", I see no bulge on him, and therefore the FA admins would not delete this photo; besides, there are MANY more suiters that are wearing undies....
