I really don't understand why people didn't like the later seasons when it had a better balance between comedy and drama. What? You want a show about surgeons that operate on horribly wounded soldiers to be all fun and games? Then you have bad taste, sorry to say. I'm not saying that everyone who dislikes the later seasons has bad taste, just that they are if they use that specific line of reasoning.
