This is Sniper Cat. I drew her earlier this year.

She is one of my better Heartless designs. She's not your typical heartless so she does not have the typical heartless symbol. The marks on her body.... the club markings are her heartless marks. Because she is part of the elite group of Heartless who protect the Heartless king.

She has a weapon, a rifle, but since I can't draw guns worth crap I left it out. She can also shoot her claws out in a bullet like manner.

Her wings are more for show than use.

All the grunge looking effects are pencil smears on the paper enhanced in PSE3.
