Built by the Vulcan Iron Works in 1923 for the Louisville Cement Company in Kentucky. Currently in "storage" at the Kentucky Railway Museum in New Haven, KY.
Has a very odd running gauge of 39 1/2 inches which comes out to the European "meter" gauge (i.e. 40 inches). Odd for an American locomotive. Was also originally a tank engine. The tender is actually a homemade contraption of the Louisville Cement company workshop. Saddletank is on the flatcar ahead and the funnel is stored in the tender.
