Fantasy Manipulation: The ability to control the target’s greatest fear or deepest desire. Bending the target to Phantasy’s will. This is a limited form of telepathy. Once inside the person’s mind she can create a world that gives her control over the events that take place. Her limitation in someone’s mind only seems to be limited to her imagination. Although Phantasy could have a difficult time trying to manipulate people with powerful minds, such as Xavier. The amount of people she can control at a time seems to be limited to her range of vision, with or without augmentation, hence Seraph’s powers. The amount of time she can hold people seems to be unlimited, although there have been cases where over years people have come out the illusions. In order to leave someone in the illusion she has to leave them in a scenario that can go on like a long book leading from beginning to end, when the scenario ends so does the effect. If she does not finish a scenario and is hit by a concussive force strong enough to break her concentration the effect will be lost.
