The idea of this picture is that on the one hand, we have a fellow who goes in hard in the kitchen and it's evident in the bathroom. A savage, rough diet that blows through one's system like a freight train out of control. That unparalleled relief, un-relatable by any known means trumpets and transforms the environment known as the bathroom break.

And on the other hand we have a conservative dietitian whose measly portions cause him to unceremoniously achieve mediocrity and plants himself to sit in jealousy of his vindicated neighbor.
