Yeah, i've seen both the aired episode and the test pilot version. It's included as a bonus feature on one of the season two DVD's. The animation is far more exaggerated and stretchy than the series proper, plus there's no Heffer, no Filburt, and no Bigheads. Not to mention Rocko's original lemon yellow skin color. This was before it got changed to a beige-brown color, I read that it altered was due to a toy company trying to make plushes of Rocko in yellow. Although the company eventually redacted the toy deal after the color change was done.
