This version of Biscuit looks like he'd get along well with Jammet from Capitol Critters.
And he might get caught hanging out with Alphie, a certain Biter Boy rat from The Alley.
Only thing is, he's got too many belts on. Guess he doesn't want anyone to see those pretty neon green and pink zebra striped undies ;)
