So I ... REALLY took my time on this image. In fact I kinda watched a bunch of vids of how tos on how people reload various hand guns as well as hold them if only just to make sure that Vex look liked he'd done this before.
Anyway I waited until I saw the fad die down a bit before I did mine since I just wanted to do it on my own terms.
So the police uniform comes from Takemoto And Vex, that white tiger dude, is my character.

Looks really good, both the posture and poise of the character sell the picture.
Only thing I can see in terms of "look liked he'd done this before" is the lack of trigger discipline IE-- finger is inside the trigger guard when not immediately intending to pull the trigger. On the other paw, in tv, movies, pics, etc everyone is usually shown with terrible trigger discipline, so portraying it accurately (finger is resting along the side of the trigger guard rather then curved through it) would likely look 'wrong' to general audiences.
