My first picture of my new character. An adorable male Skimmer (aka dragonfly breezie). I adopted him from FuyusFox on deviantart so please note, SKimmers were her idea and to have one you gotta adopt one from her.

Now to the picture, I suck at drawing reeds but because I didn't want to put him on a stupid lily pad or even skimming across the water, I stuck with reeds. He took me quite a while to draw, the reasons being his position, mane, ears, and tail being the problem. Everything else about him was a breeze though.
As you can see he is looking down sadly at something, he's thinking about the good ol' days of when he was a baby or child, so down below in the pond he's at are some other skimmers, mostly younger ones.

...that would be an awesome picture, just a huge picture of a pond where a huge group of skimmers are all over the place. Some swimming, some skimming across the surface of the water, some chilling on lily pads, some flying, ect. I can see it now.
