I was asked by 
Rassah to write an article for Red Savage that could be published in a local newspaper, so this is what I threw together. I didn't know much of her life in the beginning, but I think I hit my stride about halfway and it all came together.
DISCLAIMER!!
I was asked to refer to RedSavage by Ty/he/him since she wasn't out as transgender in her town and it would avoid causing issues for her family. I also gave this copy to Rassah so they could edit it as needed. This version isn't the one that will appear in the paper, but I wanted to have it here just the same.

Despite all she went through, she had the privaledge of being a role model for guys, girls, trans, and those of different sexualities. It won't be in the article, but she was one of the most multifaceted people I've seen. Everyone can relate to her a little bit.
