Jack Horner is a paleontologist, last I checked. I guess they are referring to the possibility of them finding something close to this.

He's a paleontologist. One of his most recent projects he has been working is to try and reverse engineer a chicken back into something like a dinosaur. He's figured out how to get embryos to retain tails and teeth so far. I thought you might have been inspired by his work, lol. This is what I imagine it would look like if that project got off the ground. It's kind of a muddy subject in terms of ethics, but pretty interesting science behind it.

Can I buy this for my friend? :D
