So I did it, I made a thing!

First hart I have done in months. Was in a stream to the other night and chatting with the people in it got me in an art mood. This was the result, an unnamed weather controlling pony. I thought a retro look would be cute and ran with it. Also used an all black outline to make it look more like "comic" art then the shows style.

I like to think for her history, her parents were both pegasi and she inherited some weather control in her magic. Not much though as she is still young. Story will be fleshed out later, but this has been something on the back burner for a long long time.
