When traveling to Japan after exhausting day walking around in heat seeing stuff I often bought lots of Japanese sweets and snacks and feasted in hotel room before sleep.

Heat there was really hardcore. And after a few days I started to admire Okinawian way to deal with it - you're outside in daytime heat (I'm talking about ~100ºF) and decide to enter somewhere. Sliding doors open and you are greeted with a freezing wave of cold air. Okinawians seem to use A/Cs at their maximum. And if you're entering some eatery - you're immediately served a glass of ice water before anything else. As long as I suffered heat a lot - I appreciated it very much.

I traveled with friend and his wife. Jeez, that sucked, especially in the end. We appear to be too different to have a close friendship.
Anyway they always insisted that I turn off AC in room and wear hotel PJs that were pretty snug on me. Hot and uncomfortable stuffing myself with sweets was the only way I could improve my mood a bit.

And in the end of the trip when we were in Tokyo - we visited Ueno Zoo and I saw a panda there sitting and eating bamboo. Folks told me that they can't tell a difference between this panda and me in evening. It did actually resemble me almost exactly. I immediately pictured myself that way but instead bamboo I was munching Pocky sticks :) And that picture in my mind is finally drawn... with fat panda :) Enjoy!

I attempted to draw background and set a sunset lightning (sunsets were magnificent there btw). I don't do it often so it took quite time and still looks so-so.
