Took this about 30min ago. Showing the weight I've lost. I have scars still and I think they'll forever be there.
I've talked before on other images and updates about the gain. Here it is once more:
---I had my son in Feb. I was a mere 125 before. By the time I had him, I was up to about 200. I've dropped down to a little less than 150. My goal is 130 if not 125.
I'm only 5'4". I'm a midge and once a light weight.

You just described the exact same weight gain/loss ratio my ex had when she had my daughter. She's back down under 120 now. You're the same height and everything. She did Tai Bo to trim off the last of it, so that's my recommendation to you. It's quick, you can do it with just 20-30 mins a day. You can do it on your lunch break. That's what she did.
