Garrus' Shark Form Reference Sheet (SFW Version)
The SFW version of a ref sheet from 
Skulldog who did an amazing job of this. I've always been slow to get ref sheets but I'm happy with this one and she gave me plenty of time to get things right with it too.
This is Garrus' shark form, he's got a few new additions that I'm thinking will be permanent default features. Some of which will be cross references in a way, to his other forms such as the stripes from his naga form and the pouch of his kangaroo form.
The idea of him being mouthless has been something I've liked for a while, mostly what prompted me was
JasenTamiia and 
EbonyRubberWolf, Ebony also inspiring the telepathy which I've worked into Garrus' story to be his main method of communication since his transformation to symbiote left him without a mouth.
Generally still the same as usual, he's intersexed male normally (or cuntboy depending on who's offended or not), so he's wide hipped and curvy at the waist, male above in voice, mind and physically.
While I'm a huge fan of other people's sharks, it never bothered me with other people's sharks having hair but I couldn't bring Garrus to have hair for 2 reasons. He's latex which means he'd have to put in effort for fine fibres of hair and secondly I think rubber sharks don't work so well with hair.
Recombinated means genetically re-arranged. I'd say in his becoming of being a symbiote, which he wasn't at birth, all his genetic material from his different species parents were to manifest as his dominant species forms through his shapeshifting before his physiology became composed of an advanced rubber material just like latex we know of but much more technologically advanced and ancient by our timelines.
The advanced rubber allows for efficient use of energy which is how he can survive without a host for a few weeks at a time, how he seems to give a gentle glow and is able to produce waves of telepathic signals.
The actual non sentient symbiote rubber that he merged with had signs of evolutionary adaptations such as the stripes and its blue hues. This is also why he has no mouth, because as a "living" liquid, it had no need for one and any jibberish it would have communicated would come telepathically anyway.
The change in markings was quite heavily inspired by
Finir's shark, Tabby. As I felt the light belly colour I'd been using before was starting to get a little generic.
