Colored version of the bishounen teenage dancer/assassin Mr. Valentino. aka Pinwheels. He was only 11 when he first took a life, sliting the throat of the man that kidnapped him with a pair of boot spurs.
He is now skilled in Tae Kwon Do, Bartitsu, and Savate, but he is known for his flamboyant and deadly 'Buzzsaws', bowler hat, and glitter casters, that make fighting him a riot of highly distracting color as well as acting as chaff that disrupts electronics and cameras.
I changed his eye color to green since it looked better then the yellow. But it's not like he wouldn't wear contacts, and he changes his hair color like clockwork.
He also loves lemons, showing off, and disfiguring beautiful people.
