One afternoon this past week while in Bar Harbor, ME, I had lunch at Stewman's Downtown, located right on the water just off one of the main downtown streets. Indeed the restaurant was pet friendly - I saw several tables of people that had their dogs with them, under the tables resting in the shade, trying to beat the heat of the sunny day. Thankfully there were no lobsters crawling around to pinch them like they're doing to this poor doggy here.
