By Request: Tinplate Traction!
dingopatagonico requested a pic of my trolley collection. So, here's a sampling of some of the O27 equipment I've been collecting over the past few years!Left: MTH Brill.
Center curve: MTH Washington, DC PCC (Silver Sightseer), MTH Pittsburgh Railways PCC (in honor of Anthrocon's new home), Lionel Ft. Collins Birney.
Outer curve: MTH NJ Transit PCC, MTH NJ Public Service PCC, Atlas NJ Public Service Brill, Lionel Third Avenue Railway System Birney (a Newark, NJ/NYC area theme, here).
Back: Corgi PCC (Lionel City Lines), MTH PRR gas-electric "Doodlebug", Lionel steam switcher.
ObFurry: Tali's been associated with similar trolleys once or twice, but never with a streamliner trolley. Any volunteers out there? ;D
Anyhoo, there ya have it. Enjoy, Dingo! :D

I wouldn't mind a SHRT PCC, as I used to ride them as a wee tot. Don't have any modern stuff, as, to my mind, it's all boxes on wheels, mostly. :)
Future acquisitions will include an Electroliner, a Liberty Liner and a train of Chicago 6000 series cars re-decaled for SEPTA's Norristown High Speed Line...
Say, did you ever see pics of the Boeing LRV from Boston doing trials on Shaker Heights?

I used to have some Lionel but as had happened to many hundreds of thousands of Lionel trains, it got tossed when my Dad was on a cleaning binge. Not that it was all that valuable, it was a DT&I SW1200 (Or maybe it was a NW-2, it had a small radiator and didn't have a dual Pyle headlamp) set from the 'General Mills Fun Group' era of Lionel.
FYI: MTH's Electroliners are rumored to be two weeks from delivery.
I also have four models of Johnstown PA lightweight steel trolleys, two in Johnstown colors (both models of still existing mrototypes), one in New Orleans and one in Third Ave. Ry.
Today, I also put my PRR B-3 "Rats" in service on my test track. YouTube version to come later :)

Nice trains and trolly's you've been collecting over the years. love them all and wouldn't mind getting my grubby paws on them personally.
Anyhow seeing how you're into trolly's and all, ever think about going for the Chicago CTA "L" trains that where released through MTH a while ago which where the bi centenial red and blue striped silver version and the green and white versions.
