So yeah. Thought it was about time I put up some decent canine art on here. My gallery's kinda bare right now.
This is a new character of mine, Chel, who is a werewolf obviously. I really want to do a graphic novel with her someday but I've got a LOT to work on. This is her second design, her first one is ugly as... well, something really ugly. I've got big plans for her and a basic storyline and werewolf concept down. I won't give any details away yet though but I'm fairly excited to get this thing started!
I've never drawn a true werewolf before and I've always envisioned them in a certain way because to me, no one can get werewolves right. It took me quite a few attempts to get the design this way and I think I'm happy with it. Whatd'ya think? (Especially compared to the ugly sketch)

Thank you! Yeah... she doesn't seem very feminine, but then again her personality and such leans much more toward being tom-boyish. I might try to alter her figure slightly or draw a male version as a comparison. There will be other characters besides her in my graphic novel so you should be able to tell a little better who's male and female later on. I'll definitely take your suggestion into consideration.
Oh super cool! Would you ever be interested on maybe grabbing lunch one weekend or maybe doing a dinner. I figured maybe that would be an easy way to meet eachother :D besides you can never have enough friends, atleast in my thoughts XP but yes love the style, very orignal. :3
