A character I made up because I wanted to have another dimension for the Sonic universe. He is a king of a kingdom named Water Palace? I know, I know, easy Sonic Rush level, but this one might be different. He has a daughter that he would like to grow up to become a fine and righteous queen, but she rather hang out with friends and disobeying, instead of taking responsibility. He also has his wife, Queen Aurora, who he loves very dearly. He carries one of the six Heart Sapphires around his neck, to resemble his his power and order, he may be kind, but only to those he trust or think is worthy of it. He probably has a dark secret about his surname and will be explained later on. He is a bit slower than his daughter, but he can keep his own fast speeds, and is hydrokinetic, the ability to manipulate water, that's all.
