I wonder... do Smeargles see a "Wet Paint" sign as a warning, a challenge or an open invitation?

This is partially a day-late birthday gift for  ceegee, and an early birthday gift to myself (cause our birthdays are a week apart... and that was just a not so subtle hint to everyone else ;) ). Keeping Flo in relatively the same style that she uses was tricky but I think it was worth the effort, especially since it highlights just how different Flo and Remi are even though they're the same species.
