Indeed! That tier is very sparse currently and 2 of the 3 members just seem happy to watch what comes out [Bless their hearts, but I hope one day they'll participate :3 ]. Kileak has been the only one suggesting so far so I hope to get plenty more i nthe future. If you join and participate, the chance is more like 1 in 2 and it is likely I'll fulfilll both requests anyhow. If you join within this month then you'll be able to give suggestion for the September round once payment goes through :D !
