Procene had a very weird request I just had to do, and this made up on the spot character came out so well I'm keeping her.
So this is Dakka, the space snake horse alien from the depths of Uranus.
Nah, I'm just kidding. She actually from a colony on one of the moons of Uranus, but everyone within the sector of the planet is automatically labelled as from Uranus because the people who decide on that have a childish sense of humour. Dakka hates Uranus jokes with a burning passion.
Dakka's species have a serpentine body with a horse like head, four ears and a pair of fore legs. They do not have arms so it's quite common for her species to wear cyborg arm appendages or mounts for weaponry in colonies built for humanoid inhabitants. With no natural arms or grasping digits, her species have a prehensile tongue and tail that they use to manipulate objects. Despite having a pair of legs, her species slither around very much like a snake - their legs tend to be used to steady themselves when "upright" and using cybernetic attachments.
