No, it's "paint.net". It's MUCH better. It has more tools. Even a clone stamp. You can find it by googling it. I like it because it's not as slow, twitchy, and full of stupid rules from bad programming like GIMP, and it doesn't require me to sell my liver to afford like Adobe Photoshop.
