i dunno, he just made the most fantastic arrest or soemthing... X3

actually, i had come up with this neat face out of the blue, but had such a difficult time putting a body on it =/
so i made it into this joy-walking cat, and it was so... plain...
i needed soemthing to make it more interesting... i tried putting a peen on it and dat worked okay, but i liek to put a little more effort than a cute simple peen, cuz dats sorta... too easy X3
so... he ended up in uniform and became this overly happy Cop <w<

say hello to CopCat, the happiest Cop in the world... he'll never write you a ticket cuz he never gets aggravated enuff to chase you down and pull you over X3

just strutting along singing "La de da de da ~ ~ ~"

...or mebbe the other cops just think he's drunk and made him walk the chalk line XD
in any case, this is the most non-threatening cop ever...
